Lots of spare spaces in between the standard rockabilly guitars, slap bass, and elementary drums, here - which is, of course, a very good thing. Too many busy sounds can get in the way of the fundamental rockin' reason for being. And with that much room to cut loose, leader AJ whirls, shudders, and testifies to humanity on fire. Realness will surely never fade from fashion.
