2026 reissue of 2005 People Like You disc, by Rebellion (Netherlands). Razored hooks, cockeyed melodicism, open-throttle arrangements, and hardcore up-amp guitars. Throwing in with Sparky were formidable roustabouts including Lex Luther, Doyley, Strangy, and Criss Damage. Metal and 'billy collided in technicolor spectacle. New version has deluxe gatefold packaging and comes in various colorations. For the embittered sociopath who has everything and demands more.

Just months past, Psychotic Mutilation's CD incarnation rose from the tilted table. And from flat skull top to worm-bitten creepers, it emanated ineffable menace. A graphic 12" embodiment now lurks amongst racks. DAG's infamy as brutalistic violators of ice-boned essence (sharing a wall with P. Paul's rancid cell) was stoutly earned. All songs spin, hack, hector, and guffaw maniacally. Some 14 years have transpired since Welcome Back To Insanity Hall deflowered turntables. But anyone venturing speculation that passing times may have diminished DAG's crazily hopping ferocity needs to hear this at highest volume; the folly of their imagining will immediately become manifest.

The vinyl, which contains "unknown extra tracks," is available in mortuary black and a smattering of more vivid tints. Too, a poster shadows along.

People Like You initially marketed this in 2012. As it was DAG's 8th full-length platter, the International Wrecking Crew (and its far-flung spiritual fellows) were long-since hip to the beast-pack's gore/lunacy/flat-gone rat-rod offensives. Sparky and his garish gang of miscreants riveted eyes with ripped-flesh visages, and blasted frenzied monsterisms that sawed technicolor quiffs clean off.

Rebellion now mongers Welcome in smoky vinyl, gatefold incarnation. A mere 500 units were generated.

Like some dead rose impossibly blooming, "Black Valium" commences in sinister slow-motion. Sparky of the towering quiff and his grotesquely greasepainted mates lurch in teasingly drawn-out psycho-method, only to tear into hastened dive formation. Each beat digs into earth. Wah-wah is omnipresent. The darkness is oppressive, and the storm relentless.

By the moment this is visible, DAG will be laying waste to French environs, having left casualaties in their flamboyant, grisly Mexican and Columbian wake. As tattooed wretches yet breathing anticipate a promised 2025 studio disc, retrospective consideration of this bygone live document is apt.

Sparky and disfigured mates were captured in technicolor spectacle as they bombarded wrecking mutants with cacophonous ruckus, Owing to crisp sound quality, stark songs that rained down on multi-hued quiffs come across spectacularly.

Sparky's immediately recognizable snarl and six-string hitman Lex Luther's targeted shootings ricochet and resound. The pair tower as uncannily dynamic. And the rhythm cell joining in the muscular madness knock down walls.

No song is superfluous. Each storms with unspeakable aspect. The crowd's shouts attest to the power of DAG's maliciously oddball spectacle.

Today's lineup differs. But fresh online footage depicts the present incarnation as no less alacritous and enamored of morbidness. The forthcoming disc can be expected to make monsters of those daring to listen.
