Metal mongering Nothing Thrives brutes have produced three efforts - two singles and full-length Tales of Disgrace - since these just-issued Molotov cocktails were put to wax in 2022. Even in this youthful document, the band's fondness/adeptness at barre-chord bombardments slams jagged paths into cerebella. And not one recipient complains.

Hard-lashing out of Pau, three phantom riders guzzle homemade Tarantula Juice, ardency in their upraised voices. "Django Gazolina" calls to thought every spaghetti western Sergio Leone and his imitators lensed, with rudimentary Neo-Rockabilly substance laced into proceedings. (And pleasingly, similar double bass rattling - spider fingers acrawl - is upfront in each track.) Successive cuts "Tulsa" and "Abilene" gallop across saddle-slapping territories as if posses are hot upon their hoofprints.

No cut exeecds 1:15; in fact, only two pass the single-minute mark. Purity of aggression most recommends. The Silo Kids seem at an embryonic stage at which niceties like proficiency and nuance have yet to rap at the door. Hyperized bluntness bludgeons everyone and everything.
