The Raters' presentations have always been galvanic, and their latest exercise is very much in that tradition. In fact, this advances it. Present in sterling fettle are the velocity and general boisterousness long emblamatic of the combo. But so skillfully deployed has their Psychobilly creature become, the Raters need stand down for no band.
