"Radio Gods," is the freshest portrayal of suits' cruelty to honest-blooded believers in the power of the musical note. The fiercely elementary flings and hand-tooled inclinations rocking-up-a-storm here include jacking up Patsy into hot-rod robustness, uncoiling-rattler licks of Honky Tonk heritage, Punk swipes, and barstool-cuzzin singing that is not at all reticent to put everything on the table.
