Trauma Illinois

White House

(Self-issued)

My fictional suspicion is that a bunch of jeans-jacketed kids with six-packs and MD 2020 swarmed over a cemetery fence and sent up collective supplication to whoever presently rules from the moon. Doing the turntable spin before us is the 12-track realization of those teen scofflaws' plea: a slamming endeavor in which massive slabs of guitar crash, skins are thrashed without remorse, bass-string bedevilment twists ears, and vocals soar cleanly on highest trails above.

No ungoverned adamantium bluster, this; rather, one appreciates the intellects that determined wise maneuverings and intricacies that populate successive passages. All of which hard-lashes a galaxy of headbangers, just back from the cemetery, blinded by science fiction and waving signs of the horns.

Subsequent to full-length White House's issuance, Trauma Illinois loosed three singles featuring further labrynthine riffing: "Pink Motel" (2025), "Prost!" (2025), "Villain" (2026), and "2007 Toyota RAV4" (2026).

Recommended: "Galileo," "Sometimes Wine," "Frogtown USA," "Certain Kind of Stupid," "Backdoor Love," "Broken/Get Off Your Ass"
