Not long out of cocoon phase, these alternative spark-plugs have cultivated a collective multiple personality that warrants scrutiny. Contrasting components include sugary pop confections, commanding guitar buzz, a pair of Spanish-language turns, and unabashed coquettish allure. Too sweet to be toxic, yet of more edgy substance than could ever be located in bubblegum gaggles, Spooky Pink radiates eccentric essence.
