Readers may already know of Wretched as lead singer of Indiana horrorpunks Grave Robber. He's now accorded similar Ramones / Misfits disposition to this 1952 chestnut, and done so in riveting fashion. As the track careens, a high-spirited Wretched reiterates its chucklesome account of naive voyeurism.
"Two of us are pastors," the singer told a 2011 interviewer, of Grave Robber. "We are all on our worship teams at our respective churches." He cited Romans 6 as having inspired the group's 2005 formation.
None of which conflicts with the ghoulish storm they unleash, one Wretched has now summoned for titanium solo enterprise. Per the singer's Bandcamp page, this track will grace upcoming horror film Christmas Revenge.
