Sparks surely fly when Nicholas launches into six-string action. The guitar phenomenon recalls lessons imparted by yesteryear's principals of both rockin' and Honky-Tonk persuasions, lacing them with novel perspective. In his commanding voice, too, one detects the guiding influence of predecessors. Of course, he's surrounded himself with fireballs who match his avidity - their dedications realize the songs' striking capacities.
